- Sweetbread (Uykuluk):
It is known as the glands in which lamb’s various hormones are secreted. You can come across several varieties. Served with thyme and chili peppers.

- Fermented Millet Drink:
Boza is a fermented drink made from grains such as corn, barley, rye, oats, wheat or millet. It has been produced and consumed for over 8000 years, therefore it is one of the most historical drinks known in Turkish culinary culture.“Boza” comes from the word “buze” which means millet in Farsi language.

- Karaköy Pastry:
Mince or cheese pie with the same name as the neighborhood.

- Steamed Burger:
The meatball recipe has more onions and garlic. The breads are soaked in garlic tomato sauce. It is placed in steam boxes and kept and served.

- Fish between Bread:
Famous fish dishes of Istanbul used to be made from Bonito and Bluefish. It’s being made with Norwegian mackerel. When fish is mentioned, Eminönü comes to mind.

- Baked Potato:
Food made by placing ingredients such as cheese, corn, peas into the potatoes cooked in a special oven.
